Billing Manager Licensing

Purchase and license relationship

Billing Manager is offered for $179 USD as a one-time purchase. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for the purchase. These licensing terms govern use of Billing Manager and form the product license agreement between the licensed business and RivetLark. RivetLark remains responsible for developing, licensing, delivering, and supporting Billing Manager.

Perpetual license

Billing Manager is a one-time purchase with a perpetual license. There is no monthly subscription. A valid license permits continued use of the covered version without a constant internet connection.

Version entitlement

A Billing Manager 1.x perpetual license includes continued use of Billing Manager 1.x and applicable 1.x updates. Future major versions, such as Billing Manager 2.x, may be offered separately or as a paid upgrade.

Up to two computers

One Billing Manager license permits installation and use on up to two computers owned or controlled by the same licensed business. The second installation is for the same business and is not a license for a separate or unrelated business.

Offline use and computer changes

Billing Manager is offline capable. No constant internet connection is required, and it does not use an activation server, hardware-bound activation, or a machine fingerprint.

Reinstalling Windows or replacing a computer does not require another purchase or an activation reset. You may use your existing valid Billing Manager license file on replacement or reinstalled computers while staying within the two-computer allowance and the other license terms.

Lost license information

If you lose your Billing Manager license information, RivetLark can resend the existing purchase and license information after verifying the purchase. A resend does not create a second purchase or a new license.

Licensed business

The license is intended for the business identified in the license information and may not be given or sold to an unrelated business. If the licensed business changes ownership or legal structure, contact RivetLark so the circumstances can be reviewed reasonably.
