Per Service vs Fixed Monthly Billing
Choose the billing model that matches how the business intends to bill the customer, property, and service arrangement.
Per Service
Billing is tied to individual service occurrences. Each eligible service occurrence contributes separately to billing activity.
Fixed Monthly
Billing follows the configured fixed monthly arrangement. Service visits may still be tracked operationally, but the billing model is not simply one separate charge per visit in the same way as Per Service.
Important: Changing billing models on active recurring work should be done carefully. Billing Manager should not be assumed to provide an automatic conversion workflow.
Do not manually enter the same work as a Charge if it is already represented by scheduled work intended for Monthly Billing.
