Properties & Service Locations

A customer can have multiple Properties or service locations.

Property information includes the service address, city, state, and ZIP. Billing Manager uses properties with service assignments, scheduling, charges, recurring or monthly billing, and related invoice or account history where applicable.

Add a property

  1. Open the customer.
  2. Select the Properties or service-location area.
  3. Add a new property.
  4. Enter the service address, city, state, and ZIP.
  5. Save the property.
  6. Assign Services as needed.
Example: Jordan Miller might have a service location at 1250 Oakview Ave. Use fictional information while practicing or demonstrating workflows.
